1. 负责视觉语言导航（VLN）及具身智能相关算法研发，包括视觉、语言、空间信息融合与导航决策。 2. 负责基于模仿学习、强化学习等方法进行导航策略训练与优化。 3. 研究快慢系统协同架构，实现高层任务规划、推理与底层实时导航控制的结合。 4. 负责空间记忆、语义地图、目标搜索、长程导航及失败恢复等能力建设。 5. 搭建算法训练、评测及数据闭环体系，持续优化导航成功率、路径效率和泛化能力。 6. 推动算法在仿真及真实机器人平台上的验证与落地。

1. 毕业时间介于2026年9月至2027年8月的国内外高校的本科生、硕士生、博士生，计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化等相关专业优先。 2. 熟悉深度学习、Transformer、多模态模型等基础技术，熟练使用Python、PyTorch。 3. 熟悉视觉语言导航、具身智能、机器人导航或VLA等相关方向。 4. 熟悉模仿学习和强化学习，了解Behavior Cloning、PPO等常见算法。 5. 了解快慢系统、层级规划、空间记忆、世界模型等具身智能相关技术。 6. 具备较强的论文阅读、算法复现、实验分析及工程实现能力。 有Habitat、Isaac Sim、ROS、真实机器人或相关项目经验者优先。
