1. 参与机器人 Agent 系统相关模块的研发与优化，包括任务规划、记忆管理、工具调用、技能编排、多智能体协同等方向； 2. 协助接入和验证机器人相关能力，参与 Agent 在具身智能场景中的功能联调、效果分析和问题定位； 3. 参与 Agent 工具链和开发套件建设，协助优化工具使用流程、接口文档和开发体验； 4. 跟踪大模型 Agent、RAG、Memory、工具调用、规划执行、多智能体协作等前沿方向，参与论文/开源项目调研、复现和实验验证； 5. 协助搭建 Agent 能力评测流程，参与测试集构建、评测脚本开发、效果记录和迭代分析。

1. 本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业优先； 2. 熟悉 Python、Java、Go 等至少一门编程语言，具备良好的代码实现能力和计算机基础； 3. 了解 LLM 应用开发，对 Agent、RAG、Memory、工具调用、Prompt Engineering、规划执行等方向有兴趣或实践经验； 4. 有大模型应用、Agent 项目、机器人软件、后端服务、工具链开发或开源项目经验者优先； 5. 有论文复现、算法竞赛、ACM/CCPC、开源贡献或工程化项目经历者优先； 6. 学习能力强，沟通清晰，愿意参与实验验证、问题排查、文档整理等基础但重要的研发工作； 7. 每周可实习 4 天及以上，连续实习 3 个月及以上者优先。
