1. Agent 系统开发。负责 Agent 应用系统的设计与开发，包括环境感知、任务规划、上下文管理、工具调用、多模态交互等核心模块，构建稳定、可靠、可持续演进的 Agent 系统。 2. 闭环任务规划与执行。构建具备环境反馈与自主调整能力的 Agent 系统，使 Agent 能够结合环境、反馈、错误异常及自身状态进行持续决策、任务调整与异常恢复，形成“感知—规划—执行”的闭环执行能力。 3. 机器人系统集成。对接 ROS/ROS2、机器人端侧 Runtime、感知系统、VLA 模型及远程接管系统，完成 Agent 与机器人本体能力的集成、联调与闭环运行。 4. 机器人场景应用与交付。面向真实机器人应用场景，结合 Agent、行为树、有限状态机等技术完成任务流程设计与系统实现，解决实际场景中的任务编排、异常处理、状态切换及复杂业务逻辑问题，推动项目落地交付。 5. 长程任务能力建设。基于 Agent 系统框架，持续提升任务规划、工具调用、上下文与状态管理、多模态交互、执行反馈与异常恢复等能力，解决机器人在复杂环境下长程任务的规划与可靠执行问题。 6. 感知与多模态能力落地。根据实际场景需求，完成视觉检测、识别、分割及多模态模型的技术选型、适配、微调与部署，提升 Agent 对物理环境的感知、理解与决策能力。

职位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人等相关专业优先；具有计算机视觉、自然语言处理、大模型、机器人等相关研究或工程经验。 2. 有 AI Agent 实习经验加分，理解 Agent Loop、Tool Use、上下文管理、状态管理、任务规划与执行等核心机制，对 Agent 系统架构设计及工程化落地有较深入的理解。 3. 具备扎实的软件工程与编程能力，熟练使用 Python，具备良好的系统设计、代码组织、调试和问题定位能力；理解异步编程、并发管理等常见工程机制。 4. 具备较强的系统集成能力、产品意识与工程交付意识，能够将模型、Agent、机器人能力与实际业务需求结合，独立分析和解决真实场景中的复杂问题。 5. 具备良好的学习能力和执行能力，能够快速理解新的模型、框架和技术方案，并结合项目需求完成技术选型、验证与落地。

加分项

具备以下一项或多项经验者优先： 1. 具备真实上线运行的 AI Agent 系统开发经验，或深入研究、分析和实践过主流 Agent / Coding Agent 产品及框架； 2. 熟悉 ROS/ROS2，具备机器人真机开发、部署、联调及问题定位经验，具备工业或商业场景下的机器人真机项目落地与交付经验； 4. 熟悉 VLA、具身智能或机器人 Agent 相关技术，对 Agent 与机器人控制系统的结合有实际经验或深入理解； 5. 具备计算机视觉或多模态模型的实际应用经验，熟悉目标检测、识别、分割、视觉定位等常见视觉任务，并能通过微调提升特定场景性能； 6. 具备机器人、具身智能、大模型或多模态方向的研究经验，有高水平论文、专利或开源项目经验。
