1.体验调研与问题收集：协助整理机器人APP用户反馈梳理设备配网、绑定操控、智能建图、任务设置、OTA升级、语音联动、设备联动等核心场景的体验痛点、使用卡点，搭建基础体验问题清单 2.交互体验协助迭代：协助完成APP页面交互逻辑梳理、流程优化、文案规整、异常场景兜底梳理，配合输出简易原型、需求说明、迭代优化备注，辅助完成PRD素材整理、需求校对、细节校验工作 3.后台与业务对接：负责 C 端 APP 后台信息整理、配置跟进及基础校验；日常对接租赁、支付、运营等外部角色，完成沟通协作； 4.版本跟进与体验走测：参与产品迭代全流程，协助完成新版本体验自测、回归测试，记录UI交互bug、操作卡顿、逻辑漏洞、适配异常等体验问题，同步跟进研发、设计修复落地，保障用户使用体验

1.学历背景：本科及以上，产品设计、交互设计、工业设计、等相关专业优先； 2.核心能力：具备基础用户思维和审美能力，对机器人智能硬件、C端APP用户体验、人机交互有浓厚兴趣； 3.工具能力：会基础Figma等设计工具； 4.素养要求：逻辑清晰、细心耐心、执行力强，拥有良好的沟通协作能力，主动性高，善于思考总结，能稳定跟进迭代工作，抗压能力良好； 5.经验要求：有智能硬件、机器人、C端APP体验优化、用户研究相关经历者优先。
