作为GTM实习生，你将协助自变量机器人的GTM团队，完成从产品上市到商业落地的全链路工作，具体包括： 1. 产品上市与节奏管理 协助制定产品上市时间表，跟进硬件发布、模型更新、服务上线的关键节点 参与定价策略的调研与测算 整合产品、研发、供应链、品牌、销售等多部门信息，确保上市节奏对齐 2. 市场洞察与竞争分析 持续追踪具身智能/家庭服务机器人行业动态，定期输出竞品分析报告 参与用户调研与需求分析，协助完成首批体验家庭的用户访谈与反馈整理 分析产品上市后的市场表现数据，为迭代决策提供支持 3. 渠道与营销协同 协助与合作渠道的对接与运营，跟进服务上线的执行落地 配合撰写面向用户的产品介绍材料、培训资料 4. 数据复盘与汇报 协助搭建上市效果评估体系 准备GTM阶段的核心汇报材料，参与团队周会与复盘

任职要求 1. 硬性门槛 2026届或2027届本科及以上学历在读，专业不限（市场营销、计算机、人工智能相关专业优先） 可保证每周至少4天到岗（深圳），持续实习3个月以上 熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel/PPT必备），有数据分析能力者加分 2. 软性素养 逻辑清晰：能快速理解复杂产品逻辑，把技术语言“翻译”成商业语言 结果导向：主动沟通、快速行动 学习能力强：对AI、机器人、新消费等前沿领域有强烈兴趣，能够快速适应全新的产品形态和商业模式 3. 加分项 有互联网公司/科技公司/咨询公司/创业公司实习经验者优先 对机器人/具身智能/AI行业有深入了解或强烈兴趣者优先 具备独立完成数据分析、市场调研或PPT制作能力者优先 有英文读写能力者优先
