1. 协助校招HR完成校园招聘全流程支持工作，配合组织校招面试，负责候选人邀约、面试安排、流程跟进及结果反馈，持续优化候选人体验； 2. 支持校园活动、开放日、技术沙龙、行业会议等招聘及雇主品牌活动，协助完成前期筹备、嘉宾及候选人邀约、宣传物料准备、现场执行和活动复盘； 3. 协助完成招聘相关数据统计工作；

1. 在读本科生或研究生，专业不限，热爱人工智能行业，有猎头、互联网或科技公司招聘实习经验者优先； 2. 能保证连续实习6个月以上，每周出勤5天，时间稳定，可长期投入，并能适应校园招聘高峰期的工作节奏； 3. 具备良好的沟通协调和人际交往能力，表达清晰，能够积极、耐心地与候选人、校园合作伙伴及内部同事沟通对接； 5. 工作认真细致，有责任心和较强的执行力，能够按时完成任务，并对候选人信息、招聘数据及活动细节保持较高的敏感度； 6. 熟练使用办公软件，具备基础的数据统计、图表制作和汇报材料整理能力；
