The posting

1.协助完成关节模组、电机相关三维建模、工程图纸整理、BOM 编制、技术文档归档等基础设计辅助工作； 2.对接结构件、电机、减速器、外壳等外协供应商，全程跟进零部件打样、试产、交付进度，同步同步内部项目节点； 3.跟进零部件来料检验、样机装配测试环节，收集尺寸偏差、装配干涉、加工工艺不良等各类过程问题，组织供应商、内部工艺 / 质量人员对齐整改方案，推动问题闭环； 4.协同硬件、电磁、齿轮、测试团队开展关节模组样机装配、调试、迭代测试，同步记录试验数据、整理测试问题清单； 5.协助完成关节模组强度、刚度、散热相关基础仿真前处理、数据整理、报告汇总工作； 6.协助沉淀样机装配规范、量产作业指导文件，跟进生产端结构工艺、质量问题，同步对接供应商优化加工方案； 7.完成交办的结构选型资料整理、竞品拆解分析、物料成本统计等其他辅助研发工作。

1.机械设计、机械工程、工程力学等相关专业本科在读，大三 / 大四优先，可稳定实习 6 个月及以上； 2.了解机械制图、三维建模基础（相关软件会基础操作即可），熟悉标准件、机加工件基础常识； 3.具备良好沟通表达能力，能顺畅对接外部供应商、内部跨部门同事，主动同步项目进度与异常问题； 4.优秀团队协作意识，做事细致有条理，擅长梳理问题、跟进事项闭环，有较强执行力； 5.了解减速器、电机、关节模组基础结构原理优先，掌握基础力学、散热相关知识加分； 6.有外协对接、项目跟进、样机组装相关实习 / 课程项目经验优先。
