1. 新产品导入与试产验证：参与智能硬件新产品试产项目，协助制定测试流程与方案；记录、整理并分析试产数据；编写并输出测试方案、用例、SOP等。 2. 测试环境与设备管理：协助搭建测试环境，参与生产设备的安装确认、运行确认和性能确认；协助进行测试工装的制作、调试、日常维护及故障排查。 3. 良率优化与异常处理：跟踪并分析试产及量产过程中的测试数据，定位制程波动因素与不良品根本原因，协助研发/工程团队提出改善方案，提升测试覆盖率与制程良率。

1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历在读学生，电子、自动化、测控技术、微电子、计算机等相关专业优先。 2. 专业知识：具备基础的电路知识，能看懂硬件原理图，了解电子产品装配与测试流程；熟悉万用表、示波器等测试仪器操作者优先。 3. 综合素质：具备较强的逻辑思维、问题分析与解决能力；注重细节，具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，抗压能力强。 4. 实习要求：能保证每周出勤4-5天，连续实习2个月及以上（有转正意向者优先）。 【加分项】 - 有大学生创新项目、实验室课题或金工实习、电子装配实操经验者优先。 - 熟悉通信协议（如USB/I2C/SPI）或有嵌入式硬件项目实践者优先。 - 良好的沟通与团队协作能力。
