1.核心算法研发：参与基础2D视觉算法的研发与优化，重点攻坚目标检测（如YOLO系列、DETR系列等）与图像分割（语义分割、实例分割、全景分割，如Mask2Former、SAM等）任务； 2.前沿技术跟进：跟踪CV领域（CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS等）的最新学术进展，负责前沿论文（SOTA）的复现、改进及在实际业务场景中的落地； 3.模型优化与部署：参与模型的轻量化设计、剪枝、量化，协助完成算法在端侧或边缘侧的部署与推理加速（如TensorRT、ONNX等）； 4.数据与工程：参与构建高质量的视觉数据集，制定数据清洗与标注策略，维护并优化模型训练Pipeline。

1.学历与专业：国内外知名高校计算机、人工智能、自动化、数学等相关专业，本科及以上在校生； 2.编程基础：具备扎实的编程功底，熟练掌握 Python，熟悉 Linux 开发环境，了解 C++ 者优先； 3.框架与理论：熟练使用 PyTorch 深度学习框架，具备扎实的深度学习与计算机视觉理论基础，熟悉 CNN、Vision Transformer (ViT/Swin) 等主流网络架构； 4.项目经验：在目标检测或图像分割方向有实际项目经验，熟悉主流开源框架（如 MMDetection, Detectron2, Ultralytics 等）； 5.实习时间：保证每周实习至少 4-5 天，连续实习 3个月 以上。
