The posting

1. 平面视觉设计（核心工作）：配合团队主设计师，负责各类品牌、活动物料的排版优化、视觉风格延展工作，严格遵循既定设计规范，统一视觉输出效果，高效完成海报、展板、宣传物料、线上配图等常规物料的落地制作，保障输出内容标准化、高质量。 2. 轻度项目对接与落地跟进：承担基础PM对接职能，对接内部需求同事、产品及项目团队，确认物料需求细节、落地节点；同步负责外部制作供应商对接，沟通物料制作工艺、尺寸、材质、交付周期，跟进打样、制作、交付全流程，确保物料顺利落地。 3. 其他视觉辅助能力（加分项）：基础三维能力+基础AIGC能力，具备基础的三维建模or渲染能力或者AI跑图能力那就太好了。 4. 团队事务协助：主动承接设计团队各类辅助性工作，整理设计素材、归档源文件、同步物料资料，配合团队完成项目落地配套工作，高效分担团队基础执行事务，助力团队整体提效。

1. 核心要求：执行力拉满、手脚麻利、效率优先。动手能力强、落地速度快、执行力稳定，能够快速响应需求，高效保质完成基础设计与延展、排版落地执行相关工作，能主动推进工作落地。 2. 熟练使用adobe全家桶和figma等主流平面设计软件，熟练掌握物料排版、尺寸适配、格式导出等基础操作。 3. 了解C4D/Blender等三维软件基础操作，以及会基本AI出图工作流。 4. 具备高效沟通对接能力，做事细心有条理，能清晰对接供应商及内部团队，准确落实需求、跟进节点，具备良好的问题排查和落地闭环意识。 5. 态度踏实主动，抗压能力强，愿意主动承接各类琐碎执行工作，是愿意帮团队分忧的高效多面手，适配团队快节奏工作氛围。 6. 设计相关专业在读学生，实习时间充裕、能稳定在岗实习者优先。
