The posting

核心职责： 1、参与四足、机械臂、双足人形机器人运动控制算法的研发、训练与真机调优，支撑商业化场景落地； 2、在 Isaac Sim/Lab、MuJoCo 等仿真环境中进行 RL 策略训练，参与 Sim2Real 迁移验证与真机部署调试； 3、协助全身 VLA 模型的真机后训练实验与闭环优化，支持端到端移动操作任务的策略迭代； 4、参与机械臂/灵巧手操作任务的策略训练、传统控制方法集成与性能优化； 5、协助场景数据采集、训练流程搭建与评测分析，沉淀可复用的工程方法与工具链。

任职要求： 1、计算机、机器人、控制等相关专业博士、硕士或优秀本科生，每周至少 4 天实习，实习期 3 个月以上； 2、熟悉 PyTorch 分布式训练，具备扎实的编程与工程能力； 3、了解 RL 基础算法（PPO、SAC、DDPG 等），有 Isaac Sim/Gym、MuJoCo 等仿真平台使用经验者优先； 4、有四足/人形机器人、机械臂操作等相关项目、竞赛或课程设计经历者优先； 5、了解 VLA 模型或模仿学习者优先； 6、学习能力强、执行力强、结果导向，有技术热情，能快速上手真机调试并在项目压力下推进交付。 加分项： 1、有机器人真机调试或 Sim2Real 项目经验； 2、有 ICRA、CoRL、RSS 等顶会投稿或竞赛获奖经历； 3、熟悉 MPC、WBC 等传统控制方法或机器人运动学/动力学建模。
