本岗位采用“科研探索与项目落地双轨并行”的工作模式：在项目申报高峰期，主攻项目申报与核心专利撰写；在非申报周期，回归团队的前沿技术研究与日常科研事务。具体职责如下： 1. 科研项目申报与文案撰写（项目申报期）： - 参与国家级、省部级及行业重大科技项目的申报全流程，协助完成申报书核心模块撰写、技术路线论证及配套图表制作。 - 负责项目申报资料搜集、表格填报、申报附件整理校验证，跟进项目申报进度与节点提醒。 2. 专利挖掘与技术交底书编写（贯穿日常）： - 紧跟团队在具身智能、多模态大模型、机器人软硬件控制等领域的研发进展，挖掘技术创新点。 - 负责与技术研发人员深入沟通，独立或协助撰写高质量的专利技术交底书及相关知识产权文件。 3. 前沿技术研究与日常科研事务（非申报期/平峰期）： - 在项目申报间歇期，深度参与团队的日常科研事务，包括跟踪具身智能、VLA（视觉-语言-动作）大模型、机器人全身控制等领域最新科研进展。 - 参与前沿技术调研、算法文献研读、实验方案设计与数据分析，协助推进技术落地与学术/技术成果转化。 4. 项目文档管理与协同： - 负责项目全套过程文档、阶段性进展报告、验收文档及会议纪要的编写与管理，确保项目资料的完整性与规范性。 - 按照项目目标跟进各项任务进展，协助Leader进行关键节点验收、问题跟踪及跨团队协同对接。

1. 硕士研究生及以上学历（优秀本科生亦可），计算机、机器人工程、自动化、人工智能、机械电子等相关工科专业。 2. 具备扎实的技术理解力或科研背景，熟悉具身智能、大模型、机器人控制等领域基本概念，能够快速读懂技术代码、算法逻辑及工程方案。 3. 具备优秀的文字功底与文档编写能力，文字表达严谨细致，有科技项目本子撰写、学术论文编写或专利交底书撰写经验者优先。 4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、执行力与责任心，能够适应项目申报期的节奏切换与日常科研的深度投入。 5. 实习周期不少于3个月，每周可稳定出勤4-5天，能尽快到岗者优先。
