基于自变量自研的仿真平台，主导或参与探索仿真技术在具身模型迭代及商业落地中的应用，构建仿真到真机的闭环。工作内容举例包括但不限于： 1、探索高质量的仿真资产重建、生成、标注、摆放 2、更高效、准确的运动规划与控制，扩展合成数据的规模 3、仿真环境中的模型接管、强化学习算法 4、分析并减小 sim2real gap 5、Agent 与仿真环境的结合

1、国内外高校本科及以上学历在读； 2、了解物理仿真算法原理，有 isaac/mujoco/drake 或其他模拟器使用经验； 3、了解具身智能核心问题和发展前沿，在资产/仿真/强化学习/VLA/WAM/sim2real 等某一具体方向有深入了解； 4、具备科学思维，独立思考，能发现问题并通过实验验证解决，并对自己给出的结论有责任心； 5、适应团队合作

加分项 - 发表过机器人操作、sim2real、RL 相关顶会论文 - 熟悉机器人与场景交互中的碰撞、接触、关节、动力学参数、抓取位姿、任务约束等等关键问题 - 在物理仿真与真机结合上有深入见解
