职位描述 1. 负责灵巧手算法研发，包括具身智能场景下的VLA、强化学习（Reinforcement Learning）等方向； 2. 负责构建视觉-动作多模态融合感知模型，提升多模态在复杂操作任务（变形物体操控、工具使用）中的泛化与鲁棒性； 3. 探索并实现仿真到现实（Sim2Real）转移策略，构建稳定可复现的仿真环境与真机验证体系； 4. 跟踪具身智能、机器人模仿学习、VLA 领域的最新研究方向（如 ICRA、CoRL、RSS、TRO、Science Robotics 等），推动核心算法创新。

职位要求 1. 2027年及以后毕业，具有机器人学、计算机视觉、人工智能、机器学习、机械电子工程等相关专业硕士或博士学历； 2. 熟练掌握主流深度学习与强化学习框架（PyTorch、TensorFlow、JAX等）； 3. 具备灵巧手的VLA，模仿学习或强化学习项目经验，对先进算法如 Pi0，ACT，Diffusion Policy，Flow Matching，RT-1/RT-2、OpenVLA、Octo、robomimic 等有实际实现经历； 4. 熟悉或具备仿真平台与真机测试经验（如 Isaac Gym、Mujoco）； 5. 具备扎实的算法理论基础及良好的代码工程能力，能够进行分布式训练与算法优化； 6. 在 ICRA、IROS、CoRL、RSS、TRO、IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters 等会议/期刊发表过论文者优先； 7. 具备以下任一经验者优先考虑： - 真机实验或灵巧手部署经验； - 在 灵巧手具身智能公司实习经历； - 触觉传感器融合算法经验； - 遥操作数据采集经验；
