1.参与算法用户访谈、需求调研和重点项目跟进，整理用户角色、使用场景、任务旅程与关键痛点。 2.协助完成业务流程、信息架构、交互原型、PRD 和产品规则设计，并在指导下将用户反馈整理为清晰、可执行的产品事项。 3.实际体验并测试开发机、训练任务、推理服务、工作流、数据集 / 存储挂载等核心路径，发现流程、状态、提示和异常体验问题。 4.协助维护需求、缺陷与版本清单，跟进研发进度、测试验证、上线验收和用户反馈回收。 5.整理功能使用率、任务成功率、排队时长、失败原因等基础数据，为产品判断和迭代复盘提供证据。 6.协助编写和维护用户文档、操作指南、变更说明与 FAQ，让平台能力更容易被理解和正确使用。 7.学习 GPU、Kubernetes、调度、配额、多租户和存储等基础概念，协助把复杂技术状态转化为用户可理解的产品表达。

1.本科或硕士在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、信息系统、工业设计等相关专业优先；专业不是硬性限制。 2.对 ToB 产品、内部平台、开发者工具、云计算或 AI 基础设施产品有兴趣，愿意进入真实用户场景理解问题。 3.逻辑清晰，具备良好的信息整理、文字表达和沟通能力，能够把零散信息整理成结构化结论。 4.具备基础产品设计能力，能够使用 Figma、Axure、墨刀或类似工具完成简单流程图和交互原型。 5.愿意学习 GPU 训练 / 推理和 Kubernetes 基础知识，不要求入职时已经具备完整技术背景。 6.认真细致、有责任心，对数据、状态和需求记录保持准确，不轻易遗漏关键上下文。 7.能够保证稳定实习时间；每周 4 天及以上、连续实习 3 个月及以上者优先。 【加分项】 1.使用过 AI 训练 / 推理平台、云平台、Kubernetes、Slurm、Ray 或类似工具。 2.了解机器学习基本流程，做过模型训练、推理部署或相关课程项目。 3.具备 SQL、Python 或数据分析基础，能够独立完成简单统计和可视化。 4.有产品、开发、开源项目、技术社区或校园项目经历，并能展示具体产出。 5.写过清晰的技术文档、产品分析或用户指南，有可展示的作品更佳。 【你将获得】 1.参与真实智算平台产品从用户研究、方案设计到上线验收的完整过程，而不是只承担事务性工作。 2.与算法用户、平台研发、集群运维和 SRE 协作，建立对 AI Infra 产品与技术体系的整体认识。 3.获得产品经理的日常指导，在用户洞察、复杂流程设计、数据分析和技术产品表达方面积累可复用经验。 4.表现优秀者可获得更完整的产品模块和重点项目实践机会。
