1. 设计、训练、评估并部署面向机器人移动操作任务的运动策略（System 1 / System 0）。 2. 应用并拓展行为克隆、强化学习等方法，重点关注真实场景中的稳定性、安全性与实时性。 3. 构建统一的感知运动策略模型，兼具指令追踪、视觉避障、接触力感知与刚度调节等能力。 4. 训练能够应对现实世界挑战的鲁棒运动模型，包括传感器噪声、接触动力学不确定性以及环境变化等因素。 5. 与大模型、系统和硬件团队紧密协作，将策略部署到真实场景的端侧机器人系统中。

1. 对传统机器人方法与基于学习的方法之间的优劣、适用边界及实际权衡有深刻理解。 2. 具备在真实机器人平台上开发和部署系统的实践经验，包括但不限于足式机器人、灵巧手、机械臂、无人机等。 3. 具备运动控制相关经验，熟悉行为克隆、强化学习等机器人学习方法。 4. 熟悉 Isaac Lab、MuJoCo 等仿真环境，以及 PyTorch、JAX 等适用于机器人与机器学习系统的开发框架。 5. 能够围绕真实机器人系统独立设计实验、分析故障，并进行快速迭代与优化。
