Job Description: CEO Office Databases Coordinator

Role Overview:

The Databases Coordinator in the CEO Office oversees the management, optimization, and security of critical data systems to drive executive decisions. This role demands precision, analytical rigor, and the ability to transform raw data into strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Management & Reporting

  • Oversee maintenance, security, and accuracy of core business databases.
  • Design automated dashboards and reports for real-time executive visibility.
  • Ensure seamless data accessibility and consistency across platforms.

Executive Decision Support

  • Analyze and synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights for the CEO.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations, summaries, and reports tailored to leadership needs.
  • Align cross-departmental data inputs for unified strategic reporting.

Process Optimization

  • Centralize business-critical data repositories for streamlined workflows.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
  • Enable rapid, secure data access to empower agile decision-making.

Compliance & Security

  • Enforce data governance policies to safeguard confidentiality and integrity.
  • Audit compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
  • Identify and resolve data vulnerabilities proactively.

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelors/Masters in Data Analytics, IT, or related field.

Experience: 3+ years in data management, BI, or executive support roles.

Skills: Mastery of SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data automation tools.
