In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming our HR functions through innovative HRIS solutions. Your expertise will help us streamline processes, improve employee experience, and support our strategic goals. As an Executive HRIS, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure our HR systems are efficient, secure, and user-friendly. You'll lead projects that optimize our current systems and implement new technologies that keep us ahead of the curve. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to work with a team that values creativity and collaboration. You'll play a vital role in enhancing employee data management, reporting, and analytics, empowering our HR team to focus on what they do best: supporting our employees and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and management of the HRIS and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
  • Design and enhance HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide insights to HR leadership.
  • Lead projects focused on system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems.
  • Provide training and support for HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures relevant to the use of HRIS.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in HRIS technology and recommend solutions to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance issues, and best practices in HR technology.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various teams and levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a passion for continuous improvement.
