Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supervisor Receivable with CA/ACCA or CMA certification to join our esteemed telecommunications company. This pivotal role demands a high level of expertise in financial management and oversight within our accounts receivable department. The Supervisor Receivable will be instrumental in ensuring that our financial processes operate smoothly and efficiently, maintaining the integrity of our financial information. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team responsible for managing customer accounts, overseeing billing processes, and ensuring timely collections. By implementing effective strategies and best practices, the Supervisor Receivable will play a critical role in optimizing cash flow and minimizing delinquent accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients. As a leader, you will be expected to inspire and guide your team to achieve targets while aligning with our corporate financial goals. Your expertise will be vital in driving improvements and delivering insights that promote the overall financial health of our organization, positioning us for sustained growth and success in the competitive telecommunications landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of customer accounts in accordance with company policy.
  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, implementing collection strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to promote timely payments and address any billing inquiries or issues.
  • Review and approve adjustments, write-offs, and refunds as needed in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Provide training and support to accounts receivable staff to enhance their performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement best practices for accounts receivable processes to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding debts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA/ACCA or CMA certification required.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable management within the telecommunications industry or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
