Telecom Rigger Driver Job Description

Position: Telecom Rigger Location: UAE (Onsite) Experience: Etisalat, Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson Salary Range: 2000 to 2200 AED

Driving License :UAE Valid driving License

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Antenna Installation and Alignment: Install and align Huawei, Nokia, and Etisalat antennas and systems. Ensure proper azimuth and tilt configuration based on project requirements.
  2. Tower and Rooftop Work: Perform climbing and rigging activities on telecom towers and rooftop sites. Ensure safety compliance during all tasks.
  3. Equipment Installation: Install and maintain RF and MW equipment, feeder cables, and connectors. Conduct fiber optic splicing and related tasks as needed.
  4. Site Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot RF equipment issues. Provide support for testing and integration of telecom equipment.
  5. Reporting and Documentation: Submit daily activity logs and ensure all work complies with project documentation standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Huawei, Nokia, and Etisalat systems.
  • Working knowledge of telecom installation and troubleshooting.
  • Certified in tower climbing and working at heights (preferred).

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in RF equipment and antenna installation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in physically demanding conditions.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Physically fit for climbing towers up to 100 meters.
  • Familiarity with HSE and telecom standards in the UAE.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
