Le poste

Performance-SI, c'est la nouvelle filiale conseil SI auprès des TPE / PME du groupe XEFI : la DSI de confiance des TPE / PME. En tant que consultant, vous devenez l'interlocuteur stratégique du dirigeant : vous diagnostiquez son système d'information, vous tracez la trajectoire et vous pilotez sa performance dans le temps. Un poste à créer, au cœur d'une BU en lancement.

Vos missions

Audit & diagnostic SI

  • Mener le diagnostic SI chez le client avec notre outil d'audit (cartographie de l'infrastructure, des données, de la sécurité).
  • Produire rapidement les livrables : cartographie, statistiques sécurité, plan d'actions priorisé et score de performance.

Conseil & plan de transformation

  • Prioriser la feuille de route : sécurité, IA, digitalisation, dette technique.
  • Traduire les enjeux SI en décisions concrètes et chiffrées pour le dirigeant.

Pilotage & DSI externalisée

  • Animer les COPIL et revues de performance trimestriels et faire progresser le score.
  • Piloter la trajectoire SI en continu dans le cadre de l'abonnement DSI externalisée.
  • Être en capacité de conseiller et faire appliquer chez le client
  • Définition et suivi des budgets

Ce que nous attendons de vous

  • Culture SI 360° : infrastructure, cloud, sécurité, réseau avec la hauteur de vue d'une DSI.
  • Posture de conseil : vous écoutez le dirigeant, vous vulgarisez et vous engagez un plan daté, pas un rapport qui dort.
  • Sens du résultat et de la récurrence : vous transformez le diagnostic en accompagnement durable.
  • Appétence forte pour l'IA et les nouvelles technologies : vous testez les nouveaux outils, dont l'IA générative, et vous les intégrez dans votre pratique pour gagner en efficacité et en qualité. Vous ferez également de la veille.

Vous incarnez le « DSI de confiance » de la TPE/ PME : diagnostic livré à jours, plan engageant, progrès mesurés. Conseiller, chez XEFI, c'est améliorer la vie du dirigeant.
