Le poste

Présent en Suisse, notre réseau de franchises connaît une forte croissance et nous recherchons aujourd'hui un(e) Assistant(e) Commercial(e) pour accompagner le développement du réseau suisse.

Vous travaillerez en binôme avec la Directrice Pays Suisse et participerez activement à la conquête de nouveaux franchisés.

Vos missions

  • Détecter et qualifier les meilleurs candidats à la franchise grâce à une prospection multicanale (téléphone, LinkedIn, veille, recommandations…).
  • Prendre des rendez-vous qualifiés afin d'alimenter l'agenda de la Directrice Pays et contribuer au développement du réseau.
  • Structurer et suivre le pipeline commercial : CRM, bases de données, suivi des prospects et reporting.
  • Participer au développement de la visibilité de XEFI Suisse, en contribuant ponctuellement à l'organisation d'événements, à la communication LinkedIn et aux actions de promotion du réseau.

Le profil que nous recherchons

  • Formation commerciale ou expérience réussie en développement BtoB.
  • Excellent relationnel et goût prononcé pour la prospection.
  • Organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
  • Aisance avec les outils digitaux, CRM et la gestion de données.
  • Bilingue Français Allemand obligatoire
  • Envie de rejoindre une entreprise dynamique où tout reste à construire.
