Nous sélectionnons et intégrons des technologies fiables, performantes et évolutives pour répondre aux enjeux concrets de protection des données, de gestion des accès et de performance réseau de leurs clients finaux — notamment les TPE, PME et collectivités.

Notre mission est claire : simplifier la sécurité informatique pour les structures qui n’ont pas toujours les ressources ou les compétences pour s’en protéger efficacement. Pour cela, nous mettons à disposition de nos partenaires des outils sur mesure, un accompagnement technique réactif et des services à forte valeur ajoutée.

📝 Les étapes du recrutement chez XEFI :

Chez XEFI, nous nous engageons à mettre en place un processus de recrutement clair et tenu et de vous faire une réponse entre chaque étape en 48h maximum. Les différentes étapes à valider avant de pousser la porte de votre nouveau job sont les suivantes :

- Préqualification : appel téléphonique avec une personne de notre équipe recrutement

- Entretien 1 avec votre futur manager

- Entretien RH avec la personne traitant votre dossier de recrutement

Si vous êtes retenus, votre interlocutrice vous transmettra une promesse d’embauche à laquelle vous devrez répondre en transmettant l’intégralité des pièces administratives demandées.

Vous serez ensuite officiellement un collaborateur XEFI 🎉

MISSIONS:

  • Concevoir et développer des interfaces modernes avec Vue.js 3 et Nuxt 3
  • Participer à la vision produit et proposer des améliorations UX/UI
  • Intégrer les bonnes pratiques de développement agile (daily, sprint planning, poker-planning, rétros, etc.)
  • Travailler en autonomie sur des fonctionnalités complètes
  • Contribuer à l’architecture logicielle frontend
  • Participer aux revues de code, à la rédaction de tests et de documentation
  • Réaliser une veille technologique régulière et expérimenter de nouveaux outils
  • Accompagner les développeurs plus juniors

PROFIL :

Appétence et connaissance des outils IA obligatoire.
