Le poste

En tant que Concepteur d'applications IA, vous transformez un besoin en une application concrète et fonctionnelle. Votre valeur n'est pas d'écrire du code ligne par ligne, mais de piloter des outils d'IA générative (Claude et équivalents) pour concevoir, construire et livrer des applications rapidement.

Vos missions

  • Comprendre et cadrer le besoin : analyser le problème métier à résoudre et le reformuler en un périmètre fonctionnel clair.
  • Concevoir la solution : traduire le besoin en spécifications exploitables (parcours utilisateur, fonctionnalités, données) et choisir l'approche la plus adaptée pour y répondre.
  • Construire l'application via l'IA : piloter les outils d'IA générative pour produire l'application rédiger des prompts efficaces, guider l'IA, assembler et ajuster le résultat jusqu'à obtenir un livrable de qualité.
  • Garantir la qualité : tester les applications produites, identifier les écarts avec le besoin, itérer et fiabiliser avant livraison.
  • Livrer et faire évoluer : mettre en service l'application et l'améliorer au fil des retours.
  • Faire de la veille et progresser : rester à l'affût des évolutions de l'IA générative, tester de nouveaux outils et méthodes, et faire monter en maturité les pratiques de l'équipe.

Profil recherché

  • Une première expérience en développement logiciel est fortement appréciée : vous n'aurez pas à coder au quotidien, mais comprendre la logique du développement (structure d'une application, données, tests) fait la différence pour piloter l'IA efficacement.
  • Une forte appétence pour l'intelligence artificielle : vous suivez ses évolutions, vous aimez expérimenter et vous êtes convaincu de son potentiel pour construire des applications.
  • Une maîtrise des outils d'IA générative : vous savez tirer le meilleur d'outils comme Claude, rédiger des prompts précis et obtenir des résultats fiables.
  • Une capacité à transformer un besoin en solution : esprit d'analyse, sens du concret et goût pour la résolution de problèmes.
