Le poste

XEFI devient l'IA Company des PME : nous ne vendons pas seulement de l'IA, nous rendons les entreprises capables de s'en servir. En tant que Consultant IA, vous êtes l'ambassadeur commercial de notre solution auprès des dirigeants de TPE/PME : vous détectez les opportunités, vous vendez notre solution d'IA, puis vous accompagnez son déploiement de la fondation à la performance.

Vos missions

Développement commercial & prospection

  • Prospecter et développer un portefeuille de dirigeants de TPE/PME.
  • Détecter les besoins, construire et défendre une proposition de valeur, et closer la vente de notre solution d'IA.
  • Développer le chiffre d'affaires et fidéliser les clients dans une logique de croissance long terme.

Diagnostic & cadrage IA

  • Évaluer la maturité du client sur le parcours SI Ready – Data Ready – IA Ready – Performance Ready.
  • Identifier les cas d'usage IA à forte valeur et bâtir une feuille de route qui justifie et concrétise l'investissement.

Déploiement de l'IA (Sherlox)

  • Mettre en production l'assistant Sherlox, contextualisé aux données du client (GED, Microsoft 365, applications métier).
  • Déployer automatisations et agents, en environnement sécurisé et hébergé par XEFI.

Adoption & performance

  • Former les équipes et accompagner l'adoption sur le terrain.
  • Suivre les KPI et le ROI pour prouver la valeur, sécuriser le renouvellement et générer de nouvelles opportunités (upsell, recommandation) : l'IA en résultats, pas en promesses.

Ce que nous attendons de vous

  • Fibre commerciale affirmée : goût de la prospection, de la négociation et du closing.
  • Solide compréhension des usages de l'IA en entreprise (IA générative, assistants, agents, automatisation).
  • Sens du conseil et de la pédagogie : vous embarquez un dirigeant non technique et transformez l'intérêt en décision d'achat.
  • Orientation résultats : ventes conclues, cas d'usage déployés, adoption réelle, ROI mesuré.
  • Appétence forte pour l'IA et les nouvelles technologies : vous testez les nouveaux outils, dont l'IA générative, et vous les intégrez dans votre pratique pour gagner en efficacité et en qualité.

Vendre, préparer, délivrer, rester : nous ne vendons pas seulement de l'IA, nous la mettons en production et nous la rendons utile au quotidien du dirigeant.
