岗位简介 加入人形机器人核心软件团队的 AI 引擎组，参与机器人端侧 AI 运行时与模型部署工具链的研发：让 VLA、VLM、强化学习运控策略等模型在机器人端侧芯片上跑得快、跑得稳，并通过标准化 SDK 支撑导航、操作、交互、运控等业务快速接入。同时参与运动控制软件的工程化与二次开发 SDK 建设。 导师一对一带教，从具体模块切入，你写的代码会在高阶人形机器人真机上运行验证。

岗位职责 1. 参与机器人端侧 AI 运行时框架（Runtime SDK / Skills SDK / Engine Service）的开发与测试，覆盖模型加载、调度、推理执行与结果回传等核心链路； 2. 参与端侧推理性能分析与优化：测量并调优时延、吞吐及 CPU / 内存 / NPU 资源占用，输出性能基线与优化前后对比报告； 3. 参与运动控制软件及二次开发 SDK（C++ / Python）的开发与验证，包括接口封装、示例 Pipeline、仿真回放与真机联调； 4. 为负责的模块补充单元测试与冒烟准出用例，编写设计文档与使用说明，参与代码评审。

任职要求 1. 2027 / 2028 届本科及以上在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化、电子工程等相关专业，硕士优先； 2. 具备扎实的 C++ 基础（内存管理、多线程、STL、面向对象设计），同时具备 Python 开发能力； 3. 熟悉操作系统基本原理，了解计算机体系结构及核心硬件组件的工作原理； 4. 熟悉 Linux 开发环境，会使用 gdb、CMake、Git 等基础开发工具； 5. 学习能力强，善于拆解问题，具备良好的沟通协作意识，乐于在真机上动手验证。

加分项 1. 有 ONNX Runtime、TensorRT、MNN、TVM、llama.cpp 等推理引擎的使用或二次开发经验； 2. 有模型量化（PTQ / QAT）、算子开发（CUDA / OpenCL / NEON）或端侧 NPU 部署经验； 3. 了解 VLA、VLM、LLM 或强化学习策略的端侧部署与加速； 4. 熟悉 ROS 2 / DDS 等机器人中间件，或有机器人运动控制、MuJoCo / Isaac Sim 仿真相关项目经验； 5. 使用过 perf、Nsight、perfetto 等性能分析工具； 6. 有 Bazel 构建、开源项目贡献，或 RoboMaster、ACM、机器人类竞赛经历。

实习要求 - 能保证连续实习 6 个月，每周到岗不少于 4 天； - 工作地点：深圳、上海。
