岗位简介 加入人形机器人核心软件团队的智能体框架组，参与机器人"智能体大脑"的研发：基于 LLM / VLM 的任务理解与规划、基于 MCP 协议的工具与技能调用、状态机与任务编排、记忆与会话管理、端云协同等核心能力，让机器人能听懂指令、组合技能、完成复杂任务。 你将参与智能体框架的架构实现和功能开发，把智能功能落地到高阶人形机器人上。

岗位职责 1. 参与具身智能体框架核心模块开发，包括任务编排、工具 / 技能调用、上下文与会话管理、功能状态机等； 2. 参与基于 MCP 协议的技能接入与插件化改造，将导航、操作、交互等机器人能力封装为标准化、可组合、可自注册的工具与技能； 3. 参与端云协同能力开发：会话机云同步、端侧 / 云侧模型切换与断网降级、日历 / 定时 / 办公应用等第三方服务接入； 4. 参与记忆服务（长短期记忆的存储、检索与端云同步）等智能体基础能力的开发； 5. 参与智能体运行的可观测与诊断能力建设：日志、链路追踪、数据回放与问题定位工具，编写冒烟准出用例并支持在仿真（SIL）环境中运行； 6. 参与功能联调与真机问题闭环，输出设计文档与技术总结，参与代码评审。

任职要求 1. 2027 / 2028 届本科及以上在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业，硕士优先； 2. 熟练掌握 Python 或 C++ 中至少一门，两者兼备更佳，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础和良好的编码习惯； 3. 了解大模型应用开发的基本机制：Prompt 设计、Function Calling / 工具调用、结构化输出、上下文管理等，动手做过 Agent 类项目者优先； 4. 理解异步编程、事件驱动、多线程与进程间通信等基础概念，熟悉 Linux 开发环境与 Git； 5. 逻辑清晰、学习能力强，乐于跨团队沟通，能在较长的调用链路中耐心定位问题。

加分项 1. 有 MCP、LangGraph、AutoGen、OpenAI Agents SDK 或自研 Agent 框架的开发或深度使用经验； 2. 有状态机、行为树、DAG / 工作流等任务编排的实践经验； 3. 了解 RAG、向量检索、长期记忆管理等技术； 4. 熟悉 ROS 2 / DDS、gRPC、WebSocket 等通信方式； 5. 了解 VLM / VLA 原理，或有机器人导航、操作、人机交互相关项目经验； 6. 有开源项目贡献、技术博客或 AI 应用类竞赛经历。

实习要求 - 能保证连续实习 6 个月，每周到岗不少于 4 天； - 工作地点：深圳。
