1、面向汽车技术中心业务场景，独立负责核心 AI Agents 项目从需求分析、架构设计到落地运营的全流程，推动中心 AI 赋能在真实业务中可用、规模化。 2、基于 LangGraph 等框架开发生产级 Agent 系统：多工具调用、流程编排、记忆管理、复杂任务拆解，以及 human-in-the-loop 审批、失败恢复等可靠性机制的实现。 3、通过 MCP标准化工具接入，沉淀可复用的 MCP server 与组件库，将项目级资产逐步转化为团队级工具资产。 4、在所负责项目内建立 Agent 评测与可观测闭环：离线评测集、LLM-as-judge、线上 trace 与告警，对准确率、响应延迟、token 成本等指标负责并持续优化。 5、通过 AiHub 内网模型网关对接 Qwen/DeepSeek/GLM 等模型，负责提示词工程、RAG 链路调优与模型选型建议；参与团队级技术规范与最佳实践的制定。 6、负责 Agents 与飞书生态集成（消息、多维表格、审批流、日历、多 Agent 协作），以及与既有业务系统的对接；借助公司批准的 AI Coding 工具（Qoder/Kiro）提升交付效率。 7、带教初中级工程师，输出技术文档与内部分享，参与方案评审，推动团队 Agent 工程水位提升。 8、参与项目全生命周期管理：进度跟踪、效果复盘、跨部门沟通协调。

1、本科及以上学历（硕士优先），计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业；3 年以上后端 / 平台开发经验，其中 1 年以上 Agent 系统一线开发经验，有完整 Agent 项目落地案例。 2、精通 Python，熟悉 FastAPI 等框架与服务化部署（Docker/systemd），具备生产系统的稳定性与成本意识。 3、深入使用至少一个主流 Agent 框架（LangGraph/LlamaIndex Workflows/CrewAI/OpenAI Agents SDK），理解其设计原理与适用边界；理解 MCP 协议者优先。 4、具备 Agent 工程化闭环经验：评测（evals）、可观测、提示词版本管理与回归，而不只是 “能跑通 demo”。 5、熟悉 RAG 全链路（切分、索引、检索、重排）并有实际调优经验；有模型微调经验者优先。 6、有带教或知识沉淀实绩（文档、分享、组件被他人复用）；能独立推动跨部门协作落地。 7、加分项：汽车领域 AI 项目经验；飞书开放平台 / 企业 IM 集成经验；多 Agent 协作系统经验；开源项目或技术博客。
