1、本科及以上学历，5年以上产品规划及管理工作经验 2、对海外新能源相关政策法规、市场客户需求、主要竞争环境等具备基本的了解和知识储备； 3、具有汽车技术和工程开发的基本知识，具备技术敏感度； 4、沟通能力强，逻辑思维能力强，具备良好的责任心，能够积极主动进行跨部门协作沟通； 5、在国内主流主机厂参与海外业务或具备海外留学及生活经历的产品管理人员； 【具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。】
