1. 独立承担产品级信号完整性、电源完整性仿真，覆盖从预研、设计、测试到问题闭环的全流程，为产品高速互连与电源分配网络提供高质量、可落地的仿真结论。 2. 承接部分PCB layout的工作，独立承担单板的全流程布局布线设计，主导高速、高密度、大电流或混合信号的PCB实现，确保电气性能、可制造性（DFM）、可靠性（DFR）及成本的最优平衡。

1. 本科及以上电子/电气/通信/自动化等相关专业 2. 5年以上SI/PI仿真实战经验，至少 2 年 独立承担产品级（非单接口或 demo 板）仿真工作，至少 2 款量产产品（如服务器主板、交换机线卡、汽车域控、手机/平板主板）的完整仿真交付经历 3. 熟练掌握Sigrity/HFSS/ADS/SIwave至少一种工具 4. 深入理解S 参数/串扰/眼图/阻抗等核心概念并能实际应用；具备两类以上高速接口版图经验（如LPDDR4/5/6、PCIe4.0/5.0、USB3.x、千兆/万兆汽车以太网、MIPI/SerDes）；掌握传输线、返回路径、串扰与过孔/背钻效应；合理规划PDN与去耦 5. 能独立操作 TDR、VNA、高速示波器 进行基础测试与相关性验证 6. 良好的工程逻辑与报告输出能力，结论清晰、可追溯；能与 layout、硬件、测试工程师高效协作，推动问题解决；英文读写流畅，能阅读芯片 datasheet、IBIS-AMI 模型文档及技术规范 同时需承接部分 PCB layout工作： 1. 至少精通Cadence Allegro/Siemens Xpedition/Altium Designer/Mentor PADS其中一种EDA软件；熟练约束管理、高级布线；具备封装库/规则库建设经验。 2. 熟悉HDI制程与DFM，理解材料/堆叠对SI/PI与阻抗的影响。 3. 3年以上高多层板PCB Layout经验，有HDI高多层板（≥8层、堆叠微盲孔、via-in-pad）量产实绩； 4. 具备EMC版图实践与IPC标准认知 5. 良好协同与推进能力，数据与文档驱动决策；有自动化脚本（Python/Skill）经验者优先。
