1、本科及以上学历，材料科学/机械设计/车辆工程等相关专业；熟悉整车开发流程，具备车用金属材料开发能力，有项目管理经验者优先； 2、有出色的沟通能力和团队写作能力，有较强的风险意识，抗压能力强； 3、对前沿技术有敏锐嗅觉与好奇心，积极拥抱AI浪潮；具备AI工具的应用或探索经验者优先。
