1. 战略与体系建设 - 制定平台质量战略目标（如3mis、可靠性、客诉率等），并分解至研发、生产、售后各阶段； - 主导构建平台级质量体系，制定和完善平台车型的质量策略； - 对接行业法规（如 ISO 26262、IATF 16949）及客户需求，优化平台质量流程与规范。 2. 全周期质量管控 - 研发阶段：负责平台质量策划的制定和实施，基于策划和目标，管控开发过程质量，包括选型、方案、数据、工程及验证，主导 DFMEA、DV/PV的质量目标设定和过程管控，确保设计质量满足平台策略和目标； - 量产阶段：监督 SOP（量产启动）质量准备，推动生产线 CP（控制计划）落地，解决爬坡期质量问题（如批量缺陷、过程稳定性）； - 售后阶段：统筹平台重大质量问题复盘，推动根因分析及设计 / 工艺改进，避免历史重复问题。 3. 跨部门协同与资源整合 - 与矩阵、产品、项目、研发、生产、供应链、售后等部门协同，推动质量要求前置和过程落地实施； - 协调资源解决跨部门质量冲突（如研发进度与质量验证的平衡），确保平台项目按节点达成质量目标。 4. 团队与能力建设 - 负责平台质量团队的组建、培养与考核，提升成员质量工具应用能力（如六西格玛、QFD）； - 推动平台质量经验沉淀（案例库、Checklist），输出可复制的质量管控方法论。

1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，汽车工程、机械制造、质量管理等相关专业； 2.经验要求：5年以上车型平台 / 整车项目质量负责人经验，熟悉新能源 / 智能汽车质量特性及有车型研发经验优先； 3.技能要求： - 精通 IATF 16949、VDA6.3 等质量体系，熟练使用 APQP、FMEA、SPC 等工具； - 熟悉汽车研发（V 模型）、生产（精益制造）、售后流程，掌握零部件 / 系统级质量管控逻辑； 4.素质要求：战略思维（能从平台视角规划质量）、质量策划（能基于平台定位、车型变更制定质量管控策略）、跨部门协调能力（推动多方达成共识）、问题解决能力（快速定位复杂质量问题根因）。
