职位描述 1. 负责小鹏国际业务相关 B 端系统及 C 端数字化产品在欧洲市场的推广、运营与用户支持，指导本地用户完成系统使用，及时响应并解决使用过程中的问题，保障各业务系统稳定、高效运行。 2. 跟进系统运营过程中出现的问题，分析问题原因并提出可落地的解决方案，协调总部产品、研发、IT 等相关资源，推动问题闭环解决及优化落地。 3. 负责输出系统操作指引、培训手册、上线说明等培训材料，并组织或支持系统培训，帮助丹麦/挪威及欧洲本地用户快速掌握系统功能，提升系统使用效率和业务执行质量。 4. 结合挪威、丹麦及其他欧洲一线员工的实际工作场景，梳理潜在数字化需求，识别业务痛点，提出初步产品优化或开发建议，推动数字化工具为业务提效。 5. 完成总部培训期间的系统学习、业务流程熟悉及相关考核，培训结束后根据业务安排派驻丹麦/挪威，持续支持当地系统运营和用户赋能。

职位要求 1. 具备流利的中文及英文听说读写能力，能够顺畅支持总部及丹麦 /挪威/ 欧洲本地业务用户；具备丹麦语/挪威语沟通能力者优先。 2. 具备 IT相关专业背景者优先。 3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、问题分析能力和推动能力，能够主动与业务、产品、研发、IT 及支持团队协作。 4. 具备团队合作精神，能够适应跨文化、跨时区协作环境。 5. 能够接受前期在中国总部培训约 3 个月，并在培训结束后派驻挪威/丹麦开展工作。
