任职资格： 1.硕士以上学历，车辆工程、机械设工计、工程力学、材料成型等相关专业； 2.熟悉汽车产品开发流程、工艺，熟知汽车构造理论、前沿技术知识； 3.熟练掌握主流前后处理软件； 4.具备运用国内主流分析软件进行强度耐久分析的能力； 5.具备较丰富的专业技术能力及项目经验，5年以上大型整车企业结构强度耐久CAE仿真分析经验。 6.具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
