1. 统筹东南亚区域整体销售运营管理工作，包括销售体系搭建、流程标准化搭建与落地，拆解并落地区域年度销量、市场渗透率、市场份额等核心经营目标，全权负责区域销售全链路运营与整体业务管控，保障区域整体销售指标达成。 2. 负责区域销售策略与营销体系建设，深度结合东南亚各国本地化市场特性、竞品格局及车型定位，定制适配各国市场的销售政策、购车金融方案、渠道激励体系及全域市场推广策略，推进终端销售转化优化，持续拉升区域整体销售业绩与市场核心竞争力。 3. 管控区域产销及库存全链路运营，统一把控区域销售预测、车辆订单分配、进销存及库存健康度，联动总部供应链、生产、商务等核心资源，优化车辆交付节奏与区域供货布局，规避库存积压、供货短缺风险，确保区域产销动态平衡与高效良性周转。 4. 区域销售数据复盘与精细化运营升级，搭建全域销售数据分析体系，监控终端销量、动销、库存、渠道效能等核心经营指标，输出月度/季度业务复盘报告、问题整改及优化方案，以数据驱动区域销售运营体系持续迭代、提质增效。 5. 负责区域经销商渠道整体运营管理，落地渠道赋能、运营督导、流程管控及业务难题攻坚工作，标准化终端销售运营体系，解决一线业务核心痛点，全面提升区域经销商整体运营效率、服务质量与盈利能力。

职位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，8年以上汽车行业销售管理或者销售运营管理经验，熟悉新能源品牌海外业务； 3. 有较强的逻辑性和条理性，工作细致，认真负责； 4. 有优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神 5. 英语可作为工作语言。
