岗位目标 负责灵巧操作的技术机会与产品价值判断，当前以预研为主，以可复现实验推动能力进入真实任务并持续成长。

工作职责 1. 负责灵巧操作相关场景和任务研究，结合用户需求、现有替代方案、技术成熟度及落地成本，识别值得投入的重点方向，制定阶段性能力目标和产品路线。 2. 负责灵巧操作、触觉感知等相关能力的产品定义和优先级管理，将真实任务拆解为操作策略、感知反馈、控制及数据等能力需求；协同算法、硬件和本体团队评估不同技术方案对任务效果、系统复杂度和成本的影响。 3. 深入参与原型及机器人真机实验，围绕任务成功率、操作稳定性、泛化能力、执行效率及失败案例开展分析，区分模型、数据、控制、本体及传感器等因素对结果的影响，推动关键问题闭环。 4. 协同算法和数据团队建设灵巧操作所需的训练、仿真、评测和数据闭环，推动操作技能在不同机器人、任务和环境中的验证与迁移，并建立能力进入整机产品的验收标准。 5. 持续跟踪灵巧操作及触觉技术发展和真实场景表现，推动成熟能力从预研验证进入产品开发和现场应用，并根据运行数据和用户反馈持续规划后续版本。

任职要求 1. 硕士及以上学历，机器人、计算机、人工智能、自动化、控制工程、机械电子等相关专业优先。 2. 3年及以上机器人、AI或复杂智能系统相关产品或算法开发经验；独立负责过核心技术能力或产品从方案验证、开发到实际应用及持续迭代的完整过程。 3. 对机器人灵巧操作相关技术有较深入理解，了解机器人学习、操作策略、接触控制、力觉/触觉感知等技术中的一种或多种，能够与研发团队进行深入技术讨论并判断实验结论的有效性。 4. 具备较强的实验和数据分析能力，能够参与原型验证和真机测试，通过实验结果及失败案例定位影响产品效果的关键因素。 5. 具备一定的动手实现能力，能够使用 Python、数据分析工具或 AI 辅助开发工具快速完成原型、实验分析和技术验证。 6. 具备较强的产品判断和技术决策能力，能够综合场景价值、技术成熟度、系统复杂度及投入成本，对技术方向提出明确的推进、调整或阶段性收敛建议。

优先经历： 有灵巧手、in-hand manipulation、双臂操作、触觉感知、机器人学习或接触丰富型任务相关研发及产品落地经验；有 Sim-to-Real、模仿学习、强化学习、VLA 或真实机器人数据闭环相关实践经验者优先。
