1. 网络规划与布局 - 主导制定菲律宾全国渠道网络规划，完成城市分级、网点密度规划以及区域覆盖策略设计； - 定期复盘分析现有渠道网络覆盖现状，识别覆盖空白区域，输出网络扩容与布局优化方案。

2. 经销商招募与投资者开发 - 牵头筛选、评估潜在经销商及投资方，组织资质审核、背景尽调工作； - 主导商务谈判，拟定经销合作协议及配套文件，推进新经销商落地签约； - 维护存量及潜在投资方关系，搭建并持续运营投资者资源数据库。

3. 新门店开发与开业支持 - 统筹新店全周期开发管理，覆盖选址、设计、施工、设备采购、系统部署，保障门店按期顺利开业； - 协调销售、售后、市场、IT 等内部跨部门资源，完成开业前各项筹备落地； - 跟进项目节点，识别风险提前预警，解决门店开发实施过程中的各类问题。

4. 网络优化管理 - 定期评估经销商经营绩效与渠道网络健康度，输出网络优化、经销商调整建议； - 跟踪竞品渠道拓展动态与行业发展趋势，支撑渠道战略迭代调整。

职位要求

  • 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先；
  • 多年汽车行业渠道开发、经销商网络建设管理经验，有团队管理经验优先；
  • 优秀商务谈判与项目统筹能力，能够独立主导大型门店开发及渠道拓展项目；
  • 熟悉菲律宾各大城市商业地产市场、汽车零售格局，有当地经销商资源优先；
  • 极强的对外商务沟通与跨职能协同能力，能独立推动复杂项目落地。
