岗位职责 1.负责研发质量指标如DPU、VES、问题按期关闭率等质量指标达成，确保汽车技术中心质量目标达成； 2.负责汽车技术中心研发质量信息的收集分析,识别TOP问题、重大问题，推进问题按时有效关闭，并识别共性问题完成改善专项; 3.负责提升开发过程中重要交付物质量，如数据、DFMEA、特殊特性、DVP等，提高设计能力，预防问题发生; 4.负责底盘相关产品设计质量目标和保障计划的制定和推进； 5.负责前期产品开发DFMEA推进及产品特殊特性识别和传递管理； 6.负责历史质量问题的LLR导入和过程开发中问题LLR的牵头复盘； 7.负责检查前期开发阶段的数据评审及风险问题闭环，各阀点交付物质量检查； 8.负责DVP验证计划的评估及结果确认，并对工程认可进行评估及风险管控； 9.负责对底盘相关产品开发流程体系进行复盘和迭代。 10.负责完成上级安排的其它任务;

任职要求: 1.本科及以上学历,材料、车辆工程或机械设计等相关专业，8年及以上汽车主机厂质量改进工作经验; 2.丰富的质量问题分析解决经验,熟悉质量改进流程及方法,熟练运用8D、5W2H、5WHY等质量工具,具备6SIGMA、MSA、SPC等李系统培训和实用经验; 3.强烈的问题解决能力,良好的沟通和协调能力,能够适应快速变变化的工作环境,具备良好的团队合作精神; 4.问题分析思路清晰,总结概括能力突出,能承受更大的工作压力; 5.熟悉整车开发控制流程,熟悉整车生产工艺,具备底盘研发质量工作经历； 6.精通FMEA等五大质量工具并熟悉IATF16949和ISO9001等体系标准； 7.较强的人际沟通能力和协调能力；为人正直，工作踏实认真，执行力强且有较强的抗压能力与敬业精神。
