1.软件架构整体规划: 协同开发团队，梳理整车及各子系统软件架构，制定架构优化目标与落地路径；负责软件平台化、模块化方案设计与推进，搭建标准化软件平台，实现软硬件解耦，提升模块复用与扩展能力。 2.架构管控与流程优化: 负责各子系统软件架构设计、评审与质量管控，跟进问题整改，保障全车架构统一兼容；梳理软件研发全生命周期流程，建立标准化开发规范，优化研发流程、提升整体开发效率。 3.技术攻坚与标准建设: 联动硬件、算法、嵌入式等团队开展系统联调，牵头解决架构设计及开发中的核心技术难题；负责架构、接口、流程等技术文档编写维护，建立统一架构评审与接口标准，推动团队标准化开发。

1.全日制本科及以上学历，5 年及以上汽车电子、通信等相关行业软件开发经验，熟练掌握软件架构设计方法论; 有大型软件架构完整项目落地经验优先。 2.熟悉软件开发完整生命周期，具备研发流程梳理、标准化落地及优化经验，能解决流程混乱、平台化缺失等实际问题。 3.精通 C/C++/Python 等编程语言，熟悉 Linux/QNX 嵌入式操作系统，掌握分层、模块化架构设计思想，可独立完成复杂系统架构设计；熟悉AUTOSAR AP/CP软件架构优先。 4.具备较强架构评审能力，能识别架构风险、制定整改方案并推动落地。 沟通协调及团队协作能力良好，可跨部门推进架构方案与流程规范落地。 5.责任心、执行力、学习能力强，能跟进汽车行业前沿技术，适配快速迭代研发节奏。 逻辑清晰，善于梳理复杂问题、输出系统化方案，具备良好技术文档撰写能力。
