Job Responsibilities 1. Support daily sales administration for the Philippine market, be responsible for the collection, sorting and summary of regional sales data, regularly track regional sales targets and channel performance completion status, identify basic operational and sales issues, and timely feedback on business abnormalities to ensure smooth daily sales operations. 2. Continuously monitor Philippine local market trends, new energy vehicle industry policies, import and export regulations, as well as product, pricing and promotional activities of mainstream competitors. Compile regular market analysis briefings, identify market increment opportunities and business growth insights, and provide data support for regional sales strategy optimization. 3. Organize and optimize localized new energy vehicle product documents, conduct in-depth research on local customers’ car-buying habits, consumption preferences, travel demands and price sensitivity. Accumulate regional market operation materials and user profile data to build and improve the localized market operation database. 4. Serve as the key liaison for the Philippine regional business, coordinate with local sales staff, authorized dealers and internal & external functional departments of the company. Efficiently complete information synchronization and document circulation, follow up the implementation of daily sales affairs, and ensure efficient and coordinated operation of regional sales business. 5. Assist supervisors in formulating regional sales plans, completing weekly and monthly inventory statistics and production-sales coordination work. Update regional inventory ledgers in a timely manner, sort out business data accurately, and support weekly and monthly sales performance review and data analysis. 6. Take charge of the full-process management of dealer reimbursement in the Philippine region, including document collection, compliance verification, system submission, progress tracking and ledger maintenance. Strictly control the compliance and accuracy of reimbursement procedures to ensure standardized, efficient and timely closure of all dealer reimbursement cases. 7. Complete ad-hoc sales administration tasks, data sorting and special business support work assigned by the leadership.

Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above with fluent English proficiency. Majors in Marketing, International Trade, Vehicle Engineering, Business English and other related disciplines are preferred. 2. Keen interest in the automotive industry, new energy vehicle overseas business and international market development, willing to develop long-term career in overseas sales administration. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; capable of independent data sorting, pivot table production and statistical analysis with basic data analysis capabilities. 4. Excellent in information collection and document sorting; meticulous, rigorous and responsible in work, with strong executive ability and active learning awareness. 5. Clear logical thinking, good communication and cross-departmental coordination skills, high stress resistance, and able to adapt to multi-task and fast-paced collaborative work. 6. Candidates with basic knowledge of Philippine market culture, local new energy industry policies and automotive industry experience, as well as relevant automotive internship or working experience are highly preferred.
