1、在项目负责人指导下，参与新能源汽车售后商业化项目管理，涵盖增值服务、精品销售、延保、维保套餐及车主社群等业务，协助制定项目计划，明确任务分工、交付要求与关键节点； 2、协调售后门店及客服、技术、备件等相关团队，跟踪项目进度与资源需求，及时识别、反馈并协助解决执行中的问题，推动项目按计划落地； 3、参与商业化项目的门店试点、上线及推广，协助准备培训资料和运营材料，跟进门店执行情况，收集一线反馈并推动问题闭环； 4、整理与分析项目数据，在指导下维护项目进度及业务效果看板，跟踪营收、毛利、转化率等指标，为项目效果评估和优化提供支持； 5、参与车主需求、用车场景及竞品服务调研，结合新能源汽车售后服务特点，为商业化产品和项目方案提出改进建议； 6、做好项目文档管理和阶段复盘，围绕交付进度、落地质量及执行效果总结经验，沉淀可复用的流程与方法。

1、本科及以上学历，应届毕业生，汽车类、市场营销、项目管理等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的逻辑思维、计划意识和学习能力，能够有条理地拆解任务、安排优先级并持续跟进；有校园活动、课程项目、竞赛或实习中的组织推进经历者优先； 3、能熟练使用相关办公软件完成数据整理、基础分析和图表展示，具备通过数据发现问题、形成初步判断的能力； 4、具备良好的沟通表达与团队协作能力，能主动对接相关人员、协调任务并跟进反馈；责任心强，关注细节和交付结果； 5、对新能源汽车、售后服务及商业化业务有兴趣，愿意深入了解车主需求和门店业务；有汽车售后、商业化运营或项目管理相关实习经历者优先。
