岗位定位：国际业务储备 HRBP，兼顾全模块 HRBP 业务支持 + 海外用工合规能力培养。实习 base 广州总部，表现优异可转正，纳入海外 HRBP 人才池，后续有机会外派海外区域。我们希望培养懂业务、懂人力资源、同时具备涉外劳动合规视角的复合型 BP 人才。

岗位职责 1、作为国际业务线 HRBP 储备伙伴，深度嵌入海外业务团队，承担常规 HRBP 全模块工作：人力规划与编制管理、招聘落地、人才盘点、绩效与激励落地、员工关系、组织氛围与文化建设，持续贴近业务痛点，输出适配海外业务场景的人力资源解决方案。 2、依托法律专业背景，协同法务与 HR 团队，调研、研读海外目标市场当地劳动法规，协助海外用工制度、雇佣协议、管理流程本地化评审，提前识别用工风险，输出合规提示，把合规要求嵌入到招聘、绩效、解雇、员工沟通等 BP 日常动作中。 3、搭建海外用工合规知识库、标准化 HR 模板库，整理不同国家薪酬福利、工时、解雇、工会等合规差异，赋能团队日常 BP 工作。 4、负责海外外派员工、海外本地雇员全周期人力事项支持：招聘背调、入职材料、绩效沟通、劳资对接、员工申诉、冲突协调与离职管理；协助签证、工作许可相关人力材料准备，制定风险预案。 5、承接海外人力专项工作：人力数据统计复盘、人力预算跟进、人才发展项目、管理层赋能、跨文化融合活动、价值观落地，协助完成组织诊断、团队健康度调研。

1、本科及以上学历，法学 / 国际法 / 劳动法优先，HR 专业且有法律、合规相关学习经历也可；具备劳动法、民商法基础，有涉外合规、劳动相关课题或实习经历加分，通过法考优先。 2、英语流利可作为工作语言，能够独立阅读外文法案、撰写英文人力沟通文件；掌握北欧等海外市场主流语种为加分项。 3、对 HRBP 工作、新能源汽车出海业务抱有热情，愿意长期深耕海外人力资源赛道，接受未来海外外派安排。 业务思维强，不只是做流程执行，能够主动理解业务目标；逻辑严谨、风险敏感度高，兼具良好共情力、跨文化沟通能力与抗压能力。 4、有 HRBP、招聘、员工关系、跨境合规类实习经验优先。 5、可在广州全职稳定实习，能保证较长实习周期优先。
