1. 负责3D打印技术整体规划，完成金属、非金属全工艺布局，搭建从设计、打印、后处理到量产的完整技术体系； 2. 优化汽车零部件3D打印工艺参数，解决成型缺陷，提升产品精度、良率与生产效率； 3. 结合汽车行业质量体系，制定3D打印工艺、质检、运维标准，实现技术标准化量产落地； 4. 落地轻量化零件、精密结构件、工装夹具、试制样件等3D打印应用场景，赋能整车研发生产； 5. 跟进行业前沿技术，开展技术创新预研，负责团队搭建、项目统筹与技术成果沉淀。 6. 技术体系搭建：制定3D打印中长期技术规划，完成金属（SLM）、非金属（SLA/SLS/FDM）全工艺技术布局，规范设备选型、材料标准、工艺路线，搭建设计、打印、后处理、检测、量产全链路技术能力。

硕博以上学历，材料、机械、增材制造、车辆工程等相关专业； 8年以上3D打印技术研发经验，3年以上技术负责人/专家管理经验，有制造行业增材制造体系搭建经验优先。 精通金属、非金属主流3D打印工艺及后处理流程，熟悉各类打印材料特性与汽车生产质量标准，掌握相关设计仿真软件，具备零部件工艺攻坚、量产落地及体系标准化搭建能力。具备优秀的项目统筹、技术攻坚与跨部门沟通能力。 优先条件：有新能源车企3D打印应用、轻量化零件研发经验，持有相关专利、参与过行业标准或产线搭建者优先。
