1、统筹流程配套 AI 数据底座全周期落地，制定全域数据资产接入、治理标准，协调 IT、研发、PLM 落地多源异构数据接入； 2、搭建企业统一知识管理体系，完成浩瀚平台文档 AI 语义化改造，设计流程 + 研发资产知识图谱业务模型； 3、承接流程业务垂直 Agent 数据与知识需求，持续优化数字人流程问答、合规校验、智能分析能力； 4、制定知识管理、数据资产管理制度规范，跨部门推动流程知识、BOM、3D、代码、流程过程数据统一纳管运营； 5、跟踪项目落地进度，输出方案、标准、运营分析报告，协调解决跨部门落地卡点。

1、本科，3 年以上制造 / 汽车行业流程体系、知识管理、数据治理数字化落地经验； 2、熟悉 BPM、PLM、研发类异构数据资产，了解知识图谱、向量库、AI 基础应用逻辑； 3、强跨部门项目推进、方案撰写、标准体系搭建能力； 4、熟悉企业流程管理体系，理解流程合规、标准化管控业务逻辑； 5、有数据底座、企业知识库、数字人配套项目落地经验优先。
