The posting

1. 参与系统技术方案制定与架构设计，负责技术选型、模块拆分、接口契约及核心流程设计，持续优化系统性能，提升系统安全性、稳定性和可扩展性，推动研发规范落地与工程化能力建设； 2. 负责基于Java、Spring Boot及微服务架构的后端开发，围绕业务模块独立完成核心逻辑实现、前端功能开发及接口联调； 3. 探索大模型在企业业务场景中的应用，结合Agent及工作流编排等技术，推动AI能力在产品中的落地； 4. 负责产品迭代与线上运行跟进，结合用户反馈、业务数据和应用日志，及时发现、定位并解决问题，持续优化产品体验和系统质量； 5. 参与AI应用及内部商业项目建设，协助开展需求分析、产品设计及PRD编写，配合推进研发实施与项目交付。

1. 毕业2年内，熟悉Java后端开发，掌握Spring Boot等主流开发框架，了解JVM基础知识，具备RESTful API设计、系统集成及服务端开发能力，同时了解Node.js或Python等后端技术； 2. 熟悉MySQL、Redis等常用数据存储技术，具备表结构与索引设计、SQL编写及查询优化能力，了解事务、锁机制和缓存设计，能够结合执行计划与慢查询日志分析并定位性能问题； 3. 具备Prompt设计与优化能力，能够运用Qoder、Krio等AI工具辅助需求分析、产品设计、代码开发、测试验证和问题排查，了解Skill的配置与复用方法，提升日常工作效率； 4. 熟悉Git、Linux、Docker等常用研发及工程化工具，了解微服务、消息队列、CI/CD、日志监控和容器化部署等技术，具备复杂系统问题的分析与排查能力； 5. 熟悉HTML、CSS、JavaScript、TypeScript等前端基础技术，掌握Vue或React等主流框架，具备组件化开发、状态管理、接口联调及前端性能优化能力； 6. 熟悉ERP系统，具备财务、会计、税务、预算、资金、报销等财经领域知识，或有相关产品及项目经验者优先。 后端基础：掌握 Python/Java/Node.js 任一语言，会基础 SQL 增删改查； 数据分析：熟练 Excel 函数，了解 SQL 查询，能做基础数据统计。 4、加分项 独立完成个人全栈 Demo、小程序、后台管理系统，有 GitHub / 产品作品集； 参加互联网产品竞赛、程序设计大赛、开源项目贡献； 了解 RESTful 接口、Git、Linux、低代码平台、AI 大模型产品
