需求描述 1、精通AMR移动机器人硬件结构、调度逻辑、常见故障排查，熟悉主流机器人运行原理，能够独立操作AMR调度系统软件，设置点位，解决异常。 2、熟练掌握SPS亮灯拣选系统软硬件结构、流程逻辑、参数调试，可独立解决系统常见故障。 3、熟悉自动化立体库堆垛机、穿梭车、输送线等仓储自动化设备的运维、调试与校准，具备独立处理设备故障的能力。 4、了解WMS/WCS仓储控制系统基础逻辑，可配合软件工程师完成软硬件联动调试。 5、具备基础电气、电路知识，能看懂简单电气图纸，熟练使用常用运维工具。 6、具备较强的故障排查、问题分析与解决能力，反应灵敏，可快速处理突发设备问题。 7、工作严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好的台账整理、数据复盘能力。 8、具备良好的跨部门沟通、协同推进能力，服从工作安排，能适应仓储车间正常排班。
