1、基于先进自动驾驶域控制器、机器人控制器等，设计并构建全栈系统健康可观测性（Observability）框架，涵盖CPU 调度、内存子系统、DMA/IOMMU、GPU加速器利用率的实时度量与根因分析能力，主导系统级资源管控架构的设计与实现； 2、负责系统级资源管控架构的设计与实现，包括 cgroup v2 内存保护策略、RT 调度域隔离、ZRAM/Swap 压力调优、OOM 防御体系，确保安全关键路径的确定性时延； 3、负责设计并开发高性能性能数据采集与分析平台（数据 Pipeline、时序存储、可视化 Dashboard、RESTful/gRPC 接口服务），支撑百万级指标秒级入库与交互式查询； 4、负责深入Linux 内核关键子系统（scheduler / mm / VFS / block I/O），运用 perf / ftrace / eBPF / Perfetto 等手段定位并消除系统级瓶颈，输出可量化的优化方案； 5、与算法&底软团队紧密协作，模型算子调用编排优化，看护整体模型算法性能指标，推动优化方案在量产车型上的落地。

1、本科及以上学历，1年-2年C++ 系统级开发经验； 2、 深入理解计算机体系结构、操作系统原理、编译与链接机制； 3、 精通C++开发，熟悉新语言特性，具有良好的代码规范和质量意识，对内存布局优化、Cache 友好数据结构、Lock-Free 编程有实战经验； 4、熟悉 Linux 内存管理子系统（SLUB / Page Reclaim / Compaction / CMA / ZRAM），了解 cgroup v2 内存控制器工作原理； 5、熟练掌握驱动Linux 内核性能分析工具链perf / ftrace / BPF (bcc/libbpf) / Perfetto / LTTng / OTel，能独立完成从现象复现到根因定位到补丁验证的完整闭环； 6、 具备强烈的技术好奇心、工程师自驱力和 End-to-End 问题闭环意识； 加分项： 1、有自动驾驶中间件经验者优先； 2、有开发Agent Skills分析问题经验者优先； 3、有后台开发&全栈开发经验优先； 4、具备 Linux系统 或 Android系统、ROS 2系统调优开发经验者优先。
