1、负责线控制动系统(EMB/BWA)的方案设计，包括需求设计、架构设计、系统选型、功能设计及性能指标设定； 2、负责线控制动系统各功能（如DBR/CRBS/EBD/ABS/TCS/VDC/Vafs/AES等）的需求编写及释放； 3、负责线控制动系统软件的项目应用&交付，包括制定开发计划、任务跟踪执行、功能和性能的标定验收、开发过程及售后的问题分析并制定合理的解决方案、项目资源管理； 4、负责供应商开发&交付管理，与系统、自研团队及时沟通，保证高质量交付线控制动等电控制动新产品/新技术； 5、负责电控制动系统平台化系统设计、需求文档和测试验证文档的编写和发布； 6、对标国内外发展趋势，主导制定电控制动产品的技术发展路线；负责/参与电控制动系统技术评审和能力建设。

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、自动化控制等专业优先； 2、6年以上底盘线控制动(ESC，Onebox，Twobox，EMB等)系统开发经验；主导或作为重要角色参与线控制动研发项目，具有完整的电控制动项目开发经验； 3、熟悉底盘制动产品原理和相关功能，熟悉ABS/TCS/VDC/AES/ADAS/Vafs等功能原理；熟悉功能上移域控的系统架构且有相关开发经验者优先； 4、针对全新开发产品或应用功能，具备在技术上牵头、突破、提出全新解决方案的能力，并通过实践验证其可行性； 5、熟悉整车CAN通信原理、UDS/OBD诊断原理，掌握Vector CANoe等CAN工具；熟悉V-model开发方式，且有相应的开发经验 6、熟悉GB21670、GB7258、ISO26262等法规
