1. 负责集成测试车身域HIL搭建、调试、自动化测试开展； 2. 负责HIL测试问题解析、问题排查和定位、飞书项目问题管理系统管理推进关闭问题； 3. 参与建设优化组内HIL测试能力、实车自动化测试能力、网络通信测试能力； 4. 统筹测试用例编制、进行对测试数据进行统计梳理，条理化管理测试问题； 5. 参与组内知识体系建设与能力建设；并对测试质量管理流程进行优化和改进； 6. 根据市场反馈的如弱势场景、低概率问题设计HIL环境下的专项验证方案并导入测试开展

1. .本科及以上学历，有1-3年汽车行业车身域测试经验，有完整车型开发测试经验的优先； 2. 具备至少一种主流车身域HIL测试系统的搭建及使用经验；熟练使用至少CALP语言，能够对测试结果进行分析，对测试过程中出现的问题进行分析和调试，并撰写测试报告； 3. 熟练掌握CANoe、SPY3等工具进行数据分析、报文分析和图形分析；熟悉CAN与CANFD、以太网通讯的基本原理，熟悉UDS诊断协议的应用，有以太网测试经验； 4. 对汽车电子架构新技术如：SOA通讯协议，someIP、DDS通讯方式等有较一定的认知； 5.熟练使用CANoe， 有熟练的代码能力, 如C/Python/capl/labview等皆可
