The posting

1、负责纯电/增程项目的动力系统功能的台架测试，包括但不限于整车充放电测试、高压上下电测试、高压安全测试、动力系统人机显示功能测试、行驶功能测试、增程系统控制测试等。 2、负责搭建动力系统功能测试的HIL台架，完成台架搭建，用例编写，台架测试用例自动化开发和落地； 3、负责推进完成系统功能台架测试的一系列相关工作：测试企划、测试资源申请、测试执行、推进解决测试问题、测试总结等。 4、负责日常的测试管理维护，如测试用例更新管理、测试过程的数字化管理维护等。 5、负责测试标准体系的完善、测试能力建设。 6、负责领导安排的其他相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程相关专业，0-2年新能源汽车HIL开发和HIL测试经验。 2、熟悉电池系统、电驱系统、充电系统、混动系统等原理，熟悉新能源汽车动力系统开发和测试流程。 3、具有独立负责过1个以上完整项目的测试经验，包括HIL测试方案策划，测试用例编写和实现、测试执行、推进测试问题解决、测试总结等相关经历。 4、具有较强的组织能力，沟通能力，汇报能力，擅长推动解决测试问题/课题。 5、熟练使用市面上常见的等HIL设备，熟练使用数据采集和数据分析工具。
